About The Event
You're invited to relax and receive during our monthly New Moon Yoga Nidra Meditation offering. 5:30-7:00PM PST *In-person, space is limited* Registration is required. Enter through the iron gate between brick & white buildings on NW E Street, next to MaMosa's. Call/text if you get lost, please arrive early.
Embark on a journey through sound and a guided meditation into deep conscious sleep and relaxation. Through yoganidrā one softens into a state of relaxation by following guided instructions into meditation while feeling the vibration of sound and healing crystalline energy as it envelops you and surrounds you. We will embark on a journey known as shavayatra which means inner pilgrimage through the body.
Within your body, your unconscious and subconscious minds will travel to spaces where they find emotions, thoughts or experiences that may have been tucked away and in a safe place can be witnessed and even released with practice. In this space, our minds will expand with the activation of the pineal gland, rejuvenating our bodies and allowing for balance and bliss to be our state of being. Join us for this wonderful new beginning and drop in to yourself as we set intentions just around New Moon.
We look forward to sharing with you! Sliding scale $25-$50 per person.
