Learning to position your clients in a new way might seem daunting. Or, perhaps you’ve already tried the side-lying position and had trouble adjusting. There is a great deal to be gained from learning to work with clients in this position. Benefits including comfort, accessibility, safety and effectiveness. We will address different body types and needs that will benefit greatly from side-lying positioning as well as safe draping and a wide variety of techniques that can be used in this positioning from assistive stretching to trigger point therapies and everything in between.
