Our instructors are also available

for 1-on-1 private sessions, corporate yoga, and small groups. 

*Class passes, for recurring students, are purchased separately above and have a set expiration as they are offered at a discounted rate: 5pk- 2 months, & 10pk- 3 months
**Drop-ins are best for
the occasional student and may range from $15-20.

Yoga classes are taught by certified instructors and may include and are not limited to philosophy, asana (postures), meditation, mantra chanting, mudras (hand posturing), and personalized therapeutic stretches.

 Having trained in the 8 limbs of Yoga, teachings stem from the slow flow tradition of Hatha. Offerings incorporate physical adjustments 

& sacred teachings, encouraging stability, flexibility and strength in all aspects of Self.
