Classes include and are not limited to philosophy, asana (postures), meditation, mantra chanting, mudras (hand posturing), and personalized therapeutic stretches.
About Alix's Teaching
Instruction is in the style of Hatha Yoga in the slow vinyasa tradition. It is an eight-fold path of study and discipline through awareness and focus. The practice of yoga, is a powerful tool in encouraging stability, flexibility and strength in all aspects of Self.
With a 200-hr certification and continued studies in various yoga, bodywork, & meditation practices, Alix, offers distance meditation and/or asana instruction through crafting a video-guided routine specific to your individual needs. In-person private and group sessions can also be booked in Southern Oregon.
