About The Event

Guided by a plant meditation and mindful breathwork, we will enter the practice of yoganidrā. Here one softens into a state of relaxation by following guided instructions into meditation while feeling the vibration of sound as it envelops you and surrounds you. We will embark on a journey known as shavayatra which means inner pilgrimage through the body. Within your body, your unconscious and subconscious minds will travel to spaces where they find emotions, thoughts or experiences that may have been tucked away and in a safe place can be witnessed and even released with practice. Join us and drop in to yourself as we set intentions around the New Moon.

*Please bring anything you need to lay down and be comfortably still for some time (ie: pillow, blanket, etc) and a journal for recording your experience.
