Honoring Our Plant Teachers @ Lucidity Festival
Join me in an interactive playshop as we discuss how the ancestors connected to the medicines of the Earth and how we may walk in harmony as they did, deepening our relationship to the plants as teachers in our wellness journey through reciprocity and communication.

About The Event
As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul… We are connected to all things and all things are connected to us. With that understanding, we are able to connect to energy around us at all times and gain the wisdom of our ancestors and teachers embodied in plant spirits in this interactive workshop. We will open with a discussion of the history of communication with our plant teachers and sustainable practices in harvesting and deepening our relationship to these beings. We will then transition to an exercise inviting us to explore the subtle energetics of plant medicine and close with a sharing circle. All are welcome to participate or purely listen, may we always listen.
