About The Event
The practice of Yin Yoga is a physically passive practice, where by we allow the opportunity to relax into floor-based postures to give fascia the time to release and we can give space to the body for several minutes at a time. This practice has the capacity to release stagnant emotion, trauma, physical discomfort, and nervous tension. During our practice, we will be enveloped in the beautiful sounds of handmade native flutes by the talented Geri Littlejohn.
Immediately followed by Wild Power Flow through savasana
4:30-5:30pm (Unwind withYIN only)
$15-20 drop-in per person
Immediately follows: Wild Power Flow
Stay for just the Yin, or remain in a longer savasana and flow into a 75-minute Hatha II practice.
We will transition through savasana
5:30-6:45pm (Wild Power Flow)
$20 drop-in OR $30-40 for both classes
