Service Description
Join me in gently honoring your body through a gentle and slow flow using pranayama and breath-guided postures (asanas) to improve stability and flexibility while inducing relaxation and peace. This class is great for beginners and/or people with physical limitations, injuries, or who seek a more gentle flow. Ability to move from standing to floor is required (however slow you may be ♥ ) OR a chair may be provided upon request.
