Service Description

Every Wednesday morning, join me in gently honoring your body through a gentle and slow flow through pranayama and yoga asana to improve stability and flexibility while inducing relaxation and peace. This class is great for beginners and/or people with physical limitations, injuries, or who seek a more gentle flow. Ability to move from standing to floor is required (however slow you may be ♥ ) OR a chair may be provided upon request. *Class passes, for recurring students, are purchased separately have a set expiration as they are offered at a discount: 5pk- 2months, 10pk- 3months **Drop-ins are best for the occasional student and are $15-$20

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments requires minimum of 24hrs notice via phone (541-819-0824) or email. Within a 24-hr window, appointments must be paid in full and client may be subject to prepayment of future services.
