About The Event

During this event, a safe and closed container will be held as women gather to learn this pelvic vibration technique to help unblock the pelvis & hips, increase body flexibility, awaken sexual (creative) energy, all while relaxing the body and mind. 

Benefits of this practice may include:

Restoration of women's health

Alleviation of PMS symptoms (painful menstruation, mood swings, cycle irregularities)

Balancing hormone levels

Resolving stagnation (varicose veins, hemorrhoids, swelling)

Enhancing sexuality

Increasing sensitiviity & libido

Increasing energy levels

Reducing stress and increased levels of relaxation & peace

This practice is suitable for women of absolutely any age and body type.

There are practically no restrictions for it, (only pregnancy, inflammation, and menstruation in the active phase) otherwise, this is actually the most gentle practice!

It is done lying down, which is the most physiological position for the uterus; there is no strain on the joints and pelvic floor. The body sets the movements and rhythm itself and works through gradually (which means there won't be re-traumatization).

We do not enter any specific states (expanded consciousness, hypnotic), meaning the body works on its own energy with the layer that is relevant.

It is recommended to do it 1-2 times per menstrual cycle/month. We can already feel the difference after the first session while more consistant results are noticed after three months of doing the practice.
