About Our Instructors

Alix
Having trained in the 8 limbs of Yoga, teachings stem from the slow flow tradition of Hatha. Alix trained in 2012 followed by Thai bodywork, facilitating a wholistic approach to movement. She incorporates restorative and yin poses as well as grounded vinyasa as it meets the needs and levels of students. Offerings incorporate physical adjustments & sacred teachings, encouraging stability, flexibility and strength in all aspects of Self.

Tori
Tori received her 200 hr YTT in 2019 on the beautiful island of Bali and her prenatal YTT in 2021 in Guatemala. She blends techniques and practices gathered around the world to create unique flows~ blending gentle, strength building and expansive movement. Her classes encourage listening to the innate voice of your intuition, dropping you deep into your body, and finding your sanctuary within.
CLASSES: THURS PM

Kylie
As a yoga teacher of over a decade, student midwife, and farmer, Kylie is continually inspired by the body's innate capacity to grow, heal, and transform. Drawing from Vinyasa, Yin, Therapeutic, Prenatal and Pelvic Floor Yoga and more, Kylie's classes weave together structure and spontaneity, creating space for strength, softness, and play. Rather than pursuing perfect shapes, her teaching cultivates embodied awareness—moving with greater ease, energetic alignment, and trust.
