Join Caryne for an energizing and supportive all-levels Mat Pilates practice every Friday and Saturday from 8–9am. With a focus on core strength, stability, and mindful movement, this class blends alignment-based exercises with breath awareness to help you feel strong, centered, and refreshed—no matter your experience level. Build resilience, reduce tension, and reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive space. All bodies and levels are welcome.
